| | All She Wrote will ship your order from our store in Chicago, Illinois within 48 hours of receiving it if it is not a printed or monogram item. Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be monogrammed. We offer printing “in-store” on all paper items. Please call or email if you are interested in us printing your items. In-store printing is usually complete in 3 days. All custom paper items from outside vendors please allow 7-10 days.
The rush fee for custom paper items are determined by the company and we will charge you accordingly. Please understand that some items may be out of stock and may need to be reordered. We will contact you within 48 hours if your item is going to take longer than expected. If you need an item sooner, please call and we will try and accommodate your needs.
We ship only to U.S. addresses at this time. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable handling charges.
Standard shipments go by UPS Ground and usually take between 3 and 5 business days to arrive. Please note that UPS can not deliver to PO boxes. Any orders shipped outside Illinois will not be charged sales tax; items sent within Illinois will be charged sales tax of 9.0%.
